Biography

María has experience in civil, commercial and administrative litigation before the Ordinary Jurisdiction, the Contentious Administrative Jurisdiction, and before administrative entities at the national, municipal and district levels. Her work has focused on advising our clients on litigation about consumer law, contractual litigation, tort civil liability and state liability of an extra-contractual nature.
